An important success factor for our company is the selection and training of human resources.The staff of the company counts around ten people, a number that increases with the seasonal staff, depending on the projects´ needs.
Equipment operators hold all the appropriate permits, while the support staff undergoes yearly training in similar positions.
Our team also includes scientific staff (engineers, geologists) that has the appropriate knowledge and expertise in the fields of our activity.
Our activities are also supported by the company´s secretarial and accounting departments.
